I'm not sure I like that idea, I mean he is dead but he still regained his physical form, like most/all demons in the Netherealm. It seems like the developers only called him a "ninja spectre" because it sounds cool, not because he is an actual ghost.

No. Scorpion doesn't need to become a ghost. Just like how Liu Kang didn't need to become a zombie

Scorpion already acts like a ghost when he teleport punches.

He allways had this fire/demon thing going on. I'd like to see him more demonic, but not ghosty. He's wearing yellow/orange costume - that works great with the fire theme. Ghosts simply can't sport yellow. Scorpion has fire, Sub-Zero has ice. That's a nice balance and should remain in the game. Besides Ghost Scorpion is just a bad Smoke clone, right?

1. Liu kang wasn't suppose to be a zombie. Scorpion is a demon spectre.
2. If smoke was taken out of the game forever would most people care. I doubt it. But I do like the comparison. I'd try to give it more of a ghostly effect tho. Idk what I'd do but I'm not very creative and don't have a good imagination.
3. I think It would be cool if they made him more ghostly as well as more of a demon. I like my idea and I don't think telepotation is ghostly enough seeing as other characters do the same thing. If they went with scorpions newest concept posted a couple months ago I think it would work well for him to be more ghostly.
