he pulls the opponents pants or shorts and underwear down and grabs there testicles and rips them off causing them to scream in horrible pain then he shoves there balls down there throat making him choke to death.
if this fatality is performed on a female opponent he rips there breasts off causing blood & internal organs to spill out of the holes where there boos used to be and she falls over and dies then he licks & sucks on the severed tits and raises them in victory!

Horrible idea.
Just like that Mileena fatality idea you proposed (which was very familiar), this is completely ludicrous, and I seriously doubt (and pray) nothing like this will ever come to be.
I remember in an interview (I think with Playstation magazine), Ed had implied there had been proposals of such kinds of fatalities before that were vetoed.

Genital/mammary mutilation should never be the whole point of a fatality. Licking severed breasts?! Shoving a fighter's severed testicles into his own mouth?! (P.S. How do internal organs spill out if breasts are severed?! The rib cage is directly behind them...)

Disgusting and tasteless.
