They already do. Each character has 2 costumes.

I agree, it's a shame that the last 2 games and also armageddon will have only 2 costumes per character. I prefer to have at least from 3-5. Dead or alive has some characters having up to 20 costumes! but most of them are lame bikini's and schoolgirl costumes, I'm just comparing the number of costumes not the quality.

i don't mind 2 costumes but ah game MKA they had have every costume from every game and u can buy them in da vault but oh well
