Hsu Hao resurrected?

What if Shinnok sends him back to life to do his bidding, serve the Red Dragon on Earth?
They could do a running joke with Hsu Hao getting killed in the worst ways and always coming back
well, at least until Shinnok gets tired of failure
Current Top of deaths:
Johnny Cage- 3 times (MK3, MK Deadly Alliance, MK Armageddon)
Kung Lao- 3 times (MK Deadly Alliance, MK Armageddon, MK 2011)
Kitana- 3 times (MK Deadly Alliance, MK Armageddon, MK 2011)
Jax- 3 times (MK Deadly Alliance, MK Armageddon, MK 2011)
Shang Tsung- 3 times (MK Deadly Alliance, MK Armageddon, MK 2011)

Are you talking about in the game or in the comic series?
If that's what you want either series to become, then more power to you. I 'm not in favor if this at all. I'd like the comic and game to stay away from this type of stuff. They have opportunities to use humor but this...eh...just not what I 'd like to see.

I always wanted since MKArmageddon's time to resurrect Hsu Hao as Oni, similar looking of Bleach's Hollows. An hybrid between Moloch & Twelve (SFIII).

He is ok.
Well, he DID SUCK when he first debuted in MKDA for his specials were really bad and useless, and he was one of the slowest, possibly due to his size. But come MKA, he gained 3 new specials that made him a better character, not a whole lot, but it showed potential.
I don't mind him in, if the team can do justice to his moves sets and re-work him. Though John Vogel(I believe) have already said before, saying there won't be any chance that Hao will return. But, things could change.

Hsu Hao returning is unlikely. Vogel implied that he didn't even want him to be in MKA. He said they were full prepared to have Jax's ending where he died be canon, but because MKA was about bringing everybody back he came back, much to his dismay lol

Am I the only one who liked Hsu Hao? I mean, the guy had some beast combos and juggles back in MKDA. No I don't want him to be the Kenny of MK
I don't want him to be playable in MKX though either, he's had his time to shine.

In MK:DA he was a very bland character, but so were most of the characters in that game, 1 fatality, 3 special moves and 3 very average fighting styles
But I feel any character can be remade into a better character now, they seem to have with MK9 really put an emphasis on the characters moves and really given them individuality and this is furthered in MKX, not to mention the designs of characters is so much better and their fatalities will be so much better also
So I feel given the right amount of attention gameplay wise and story wise any character can be redeemed
Except Mokap, Fuck that guy!

I haven't played MKDA in at least five years, but back in the day I remember actually being pretty good with Hsu Hao. If I recall correctly his moon blades (or whatever they're called) weapon style worked exactly the same way as Kano's duel knives and you could really tear sh*t up with those. He was fun to play as back in the day, but I'm glad he's being left out of MKX. I'm doubly glad that he was in the new komic and had a nice send off, because even the most disliked kharacters in the series are still part of the lore and overall story. And since the new game picks up right after the events of MK3, all the 3D era kharacters that won't make it in to the game at least deserve a scene or mention in the komic. It's just a great way to please long time fans, while also getting new fans to the series up to speed.

I am not the hater of Hao. Though he isn't my favorite either, but I wouldn't mind him return, though the chances are slim since even the MK team have said number of times that the chances of him returning is not looking good. All he needs are some decent specials. He sucked big time when he debuted in MKDA with lame specials that were very slow and ineffective but they changed him a bit in MKA with some new specials, and he have gotten a bit better and showed potential, so...
With a fleshed out story and character development Hsu Hao can really be a good character.
The reason why most of you hate him is soley because a dumb bandwagon anyway, "ha ha, Ed Boon hates him, let's hate him too."
How could anyone hate Hsu Hao? Realistically people shouldn't care for him, he plays just like the other characters aside from his special moves.

Agreed.

Probably.

No one should hate any character, because "hate" is a strong word even towards game characters. They just choose to say it because it is shorter than having to write "dislike".

Never again. He is the worst character ever designed by the MK team. Hsu Hao, Darrius, and Kobra need to remain as a bad memory.....or as a training dummy to beat up on
