How many decapitation fatalities are there?

How many fatalities end up with decapitations? Are there any that result in a trophy head, like how subzero holds up the head with spine as a trophy?

Finally, who has a fatality that results in the picture in the link below:

He should have crushed it or ate it. Just like in Raiden's eye popping fatality, they should have had the head explode or get fried and melt instead of popping off. Too much of the same.

Post-Deception I did stats on all the fatalities.
By now it's a very safe bet that there are over 100 variations on decaps.
