Well, I can't see Sheeva turning good, let alone Kintaro . . . but, actually Goro was good at one point, because he helped Princess Kitana in the battle between Outworld and Edenia . . . other than that, not really.

I think it would be cool if a new shokan warrior was introduced, but was not as big, more agile like a ninja and was on the good side.

that would be kool, but not a ninja maybe a smaller shokan but definetly strong, and i dont think they would turn good because then shao kahn will give favore to centurians instead of shokans

How about a huge six arm shokan that was hidden in a Labyrinth that was in Outworld by Shao Kahn because he did not want him communicating with the Earthrealm warriors, because he got a vision from Raiden telling him that if he wanted to be free he would have to fight against the forces of evil.

that would be wicked, 6 arm shokan.
