I had to enter my codes twice. The first time it said I unlocked them but there was no option for downloading. So a little bit later I re-entered them and they gave me option to download them. It was strange but they ended up working.

My problem is still unsolved but I read another interesting thing.
Did you guys get a code for the kombat pack in your koll eds?
I got one of them small papers but it had no code on it.
