If that is indeed in-game, I'm predicting NPC... but the detail looks damn good. However, it really is just a matter of repurposing Sub-Zero's costume on a generic female character and giving her frosty hair, so who knows.

I think it's fake. Look closely at the hair. Especially around the outline of it...

The mobile game likely having a few extra characters to play while not being in depth like the console versions or even necessarily being canon .

Can't comment on whether or not this is legit. However, I know that legit stuff has been erroneously thought to be fake by fans in the past. Like the first Li Mei screenshots before MK:DA came out, I remember the detailed reasons fans gave for these being being fake.

I'm hoping this is legit. A less predictable returnee is long past due.

Raiden will remember one of his visions of the future, warn Sub-Zero that Frost will try to take his Medallion, and Sub-Zero will warn her of what will happen. She will then take her training more seriously with a new outlook and replace Sub-Zero in the next game. He'll be DLC with a Klassic Outfit and Fatality for easy bucks.

Wouldn't be surprised at all if she is MKX Mobile exclusive. The graphics look more like it's from the mobile game and her outfit is almost exactly the same as Sub-Zero's. I doubt she's a part of the console roster.

I still think it's fake, the hair line looks like it's painted, the eyes look a bit like Kitana's and the costume looks like someone simply modeled Sub-Zero's costume and changed the volumes to have thin arms and curvy chest.

^ and where did the original pic of sub-zero come from? I don't remember seeing him in that or any similar pose for the pic to be modified from.

I said modeled. Other used pointed how the shoulders in front look like the fake smoke's shoulders.

I could go either way oh this one. It's convincing, but there are no small touches jumping out to add legitimacy to it like the ones yesterday.

I'd hope real though. I'm honestly hoping story mode in this one has a buttload of cameos from characters who didn't make the cut, just like Deception did. ThIs could theoretically be one of those. Day Sub-Zero recruited her after her comic book fight with Cassie, and when Cassie's team goes to see him at the Lin Kuei temple in the present, Frost is still cranky about it.

In deception's case, they had most of them modelled from DA anyway, it's a different thing to make new models from scratch. If they did it, good for them, but it's a lot of resources to model each one if they're not going to be playable (though I guess that gives room for tons of DLC possibilities).

I know people are rustled by the abundance of Special Forces characters this time around, but honestly, as long as we're rebooting shit, I'd rather have Frost hang out with the SF at least for a little while instead of immediately joining the Lin Kuei.
