Future MK games 2-D or 3-D?
Am i the only one here who thinks MK should return to 2-D?
I personally think it would be much better, (this idea came to my after watching Mk vs Sf 3 made by Proxicide) if the animations in the game would get upgraded it would be brilliant. You can still have stage fatalities, Stage weapons, and everything in the 3-D games. I just think after playing MK:A Mk has somewhat lost its style. And 2-D (to me) would feel like something fresh and new even though its more than 10 years old ( If street fighter can do it so can MK).
Idk just a thought
Do you guys agree?

No no and no. The 2-D's were great, but MK has moved on. 2-D is certainly less popular than 3-D. So if the MK team wants the Future MK Games to be successful, they'll need to keep it in 3-D. Street Fighter is a different story, it has always been the ruler of 2-D fighting games, but MK has changed. Nostalgia is one thing, but success is what the Future MKs need, after the disapointment of MKA.

About Me
I need a new sig, something with Kabal from UMK3 would be sweet. Just imagine that here

a 2d Mk game alone wouldn't do so well. But I think it would be cool to have a brand new 2d MK fighting game as a minigame in MK8, it would certainly be better than motor kombat.

That is what I was about to say. A 2D MK game that would accompany the 3D MK8 game would be a great idea.

Plus, with the technology they have now, a 2D MK game would look supersweet.

2D is dead, get over it. 3D = freedom of movement. People have been saying this forever, it's just not going to happen.
Street Fighter can't even come up with another game unless it's a 2D rehash from 10 years ago.... super turbo alpha omega zero, yadda yadda.
