MKD confirms that Sub Zero's MKD ending did not happen, and that Frost is (for now at least) most likely dead. But this is MK, death doesn't mean very much so Frost could quite easily come back somehow. For now, I think it's 50/50 that she returns any time soon, though I would like to see her given another chance (with her own unique moves though).

Frost is down and out for the time being. I don't want to say she's dead really because it'll probably be revealed she was just "hibernating" or something like that, but she is down and out for now. I'm pretty sure Frost will return though. They left too many open ended and unanswered questions for her not to.

I'm sure we've not seen the last of the Icy Vixen. She gave a Sub-Zero a good run for his money and I'd love to have her back.

We won't see her again. She was, after all, a potentially interesting character. Gotta save that roster space for bland people like Scorpion, after all.

yeh i agree, Although it would be cool to see her return with diff powers, maybe even hook up wid the brotherhood of shadow.

I'd rather they keep the ice powers (what would be the point of calling her "Frost" otherwise). Just maybe go about using them in a different way. Perhaps used more for doing stuff like creating ice gauntlets (to increase her power) and stuff. Likewise, I'd rather she come back as a good guy, or neutral. Maybe not as a "perfect student" of Sub-Zero but as someone who would rather go out and forge their own identity, as opposed to living in the shadow of another person.

Yeah, she was basically what Kenshi is in MK:D... A background character living in Sub-Zero's shadow. Funny how that keeps happenin'.
I like the idea about her manifesting her Kori powers uniquely, as opposed to being a mere Sub-Zero double... Which was the feeling that a few people got of Frost with MK:DA.

To clarify things for you, JustDaveZERO...
You had half of the MK:DA Endings summary correct... Frost's Ending was obviously true, though Sub-Zero's was not. He instead carried Frost's body to the Frozen Catacombs, the burial grounds of an ancient clan of cryomancers (who Frost and Sub-Zero are apparent descendants of). He scored some armor, laid her to rest and then left for Earthrealm.

Hopefully the sarcophagus will restore Frost back to normal or maybe better than before! Otherwise they should have said Sub-zero just buried her in the ground.

The Icy Vixen as someone put it, has too much Storyline potential to pass up.
