I wouldnt mind seeing green blood, IF they dont change back and forth with it and red blood

I like green blood. Also, I think Noob Saibot having black blood fits him... he is solid black.

I say yes to rainbows of blood, lol.

I'm against green blood. Why? Because it's super unrealistc. As far as I know....all creatures (not sure about insects), bleed red blood. Yes....even reptiles. Why they decided to make Reptile's blood green i have no fucking idea).

As for black blood...I really dont care. I would prefer not to see the cyborgs return in mk8 actually.

One problem buddy... Mortal Kombat is unrealistic

First 2 mk's werent though. They started to gay things up with MK3, withgoofy fatalities, blood...and other shit....buddy.

You should be able, once you discover the code for or unlock them, to turn them on and off.

Dude, a guy is sucking out peoples' souls and there's a fighting lizard-man in MK2. How on earth is that even close to realism? Realism, as far as I see, has never been a goal in the MK franchise. That's just a silly point to further your argument.

I wouldn't mind the "rainbow of blood" if they'd choose certain types for certain characters and keep it that way.

Mk might never have been TOTALLY realistic, but, the first 2 mk's were more realisitic than other MK's, in the sense that things werent corny and over the top. In the first 2 mks' there was a serious and dark tone which i thought was perfect for the series. However, this tone has diminished in recent mk games due to the goofiness that plagues the series.

As far as we are all concerned, Sheeva is not from Earth, she is a monster from a different race, Shokan to be accurate, and for some reason, she bleeds green unlike her fellow Shokans in Mk1 and Mk2 who bleed red.

Same with Reptile, who isn’t exactly a lizard or reptile like the ones in our world, he is from a different realm.

Im all for green blood. It rocks. I was really disappointed to see the silly/stupid green blood turn red in fatalities and all, that sucks I admit, hopefully they fix that in the future, make Sheeva and Reptile bleed green again, and give black blood to the cyborgs who don’t really bleed but throw out oil or something like that.

The red/green/black bloods are cool imo.

Shokans should bleed green, same with Zaterreans, and the cybrogs, well, except for Cyrax, all should just bleed black (unless they have human parts inside of them).

I suppose they wanted the green blood to be seen as acidic. Maybe if green blood returns it should appear to dissolve into the stage. Also they should make it darker. Almost British Racing Green dark.

Interesting Stuff. I wanted my created fighter to have blue blood.

I don't actually mind though what colour blood Reptile etc. have though.

I'm for it. It adds diversity.

As long they continue to keep the green and black blood limited to a minority of characters, I support it and like it.

im for the colors aswell....also,ive heard this a few times and thought of it myself...blood effects like lava,water,mud,acid,mercury,oil an so on...elemental blood basically...along with steam,flames,smoke and other effects.
like said before...it has to match to the character and make some sence.

I don't mind but as long as they don';t switch blood types around. Chameleon and Reptile can keep the green while the robots kepp the black oil. Cyrax alt would need red. I'm not sure about Noob and Sheeva. Both Goro and Kintaro have red so why does Sheeva have green?

Stick to red blood it's the only color that makes any sense. It also eliminates the annoying red blood mixed in with green or black blood during fatalities. Make it simple, stick to red.

Actually there are certain crayfish and yes reptiles who bleed a form of aqua blue. (not trying to burst your bubble)

As far as the blood colour variations, imo its great mk has never been uber realistic and it would lose alot if it were to think it was.

Noob's and the Cyborg's black blood is hot. But that stupid ass green blood gots to go. Just cuz he's green don't mean his blood is green.
