There've been eye-pop-out finishers in previous games and they always work the way they should on Kano and Kenshi according to how many eyes they have to lose.

I've wondered this as well!

-If say D'Vorah was to do her Fatality on Kano would her bugs just eat the flesh part of his face leaving the cybernetic eye there, maybe damaged at most or would it be a generic fatality across the board.

-Same goes for Raiden's fatality on Kano. Will he have a generic eye pop out like everyone else or will his cybernetic eye shatter and short circuit while his good eye still pops out.

I use Kano as an example but i mean this for every character that will have distinct feature...

Torr's Burlap sack
Kano's Cybernetics
Etc...

Good examples.

I think when Raiden does his fatality on Torr, his eyes will go through the opening of the burlap sack.

My thought on Kotal's heart rip on Kano:

Since Ed Boon said that Kano has a cybernetic heart (which is on the outside), I hope Kotal doesn't pull out a human heart. That would be so lame! Just have Kotal cut out Kano's cybernetic heart.

I'm sure NRS has thought, and has already come up with solutions for all of this already. I'm sure Kotal Kahn even pulls out a bug type heart from D'Vorah's chest.
