Faction War Winner rewards and Faction Change Losses

So, two questions:

1: What do you think we get for winning a war?

2: What is it that you lose by switching factions and does it matter if I lose things by switching factions but I end on the winning team?

I don't know, there are SSOOOO many questions about this.

Can I switch factions after every war? Should I NEVER switch factions? Can I unlock characters or costumes by "Ranking up". I just hope that next stream they explain all this. Or at least in a stream in March

From what's been said thus far, you are allowed to switch sides whenever you please. That being said, you will lose whatever it is that you have won during your time in the faction. What exactly you lose is not clear. Aside from faction fatalities, not much else is known. I would assume some badges or special avatars ala Injustice.
