post what you think would be the best mk game in terms of characters/gameplay/story/arenas/anything

I personally think that the best mk game would be a very detailed fighting engine.. and like.. 10 characters.

There would be one fighting style.. which is bare hands.. and maybe there could be some weapons in the arenas or something


each character would have 4 grabs.

forward black button
backward black button
up black button
down black button
black button


everyone would have their own (since there would be only 10 people it wouldn't be too hard to accomplish)

there would be 3 fatalities and a hara kiri.


everyone would have their own punch counter and kick counter.. which is character specific


the arenas would have tons of places to smash through and tons of death traps. Some would even start minigames.. like mashing buttons.. adn that determines weather or not the person escapes or dies. There would also be environmental attacks.. like if you grab the opponent near a torch you would shove their face into the flame and toss them to the ground.



there would be a way to break out of grabs (maybe pressing grab as they grab or something)



also there would be environmental fatalities as well... like you input a button combination and then there's a cool video kill.



anyway.. I mainly made this thread to share my ideas and maybe hear some other people's.

I like a game... where none of those ideas are in. No offense, but that's too much for a game to handle, especially for a fighting game.

Why did I say that? I didn't answer your question too clearly becuse it was getting late and I needed to go to bed, I don't think that a fighting game needs to be too detailed. The problem is, is that you need to actually think will the system handle too much, and if so, will it be smooth enough to play.

Some of those ideas could be possible to fit in, the problem is... it's too much... WAY too much.

Combine MK Armageddon,MK Special Forces,MK Advance,and some of MK VS DC then create the exact opposite and there you go!
