It has 2 returning and 2 guests it has been confirmed a bunch of times. That is just the first one right now that we know of.

I think we will get Smoke, Cyrax and Shang Tsung as DLC. Fujin, and Tanya as well, maybe even Havik.

Makes me laugh every time I see someone say "There won't be 2 guests" despite every time the Kombat Pack is mentioned or an image of the promo card is shown "Iconic Guests" is mentioned- making it obvious there is at least 2 guests, and the fact @lover_of_tacos almost daily (and sometimes more than once a day) has said "2 Guests & 2 Classics" really should have sunk in by now.

We don't even know who's made it into the main roster yet!

Look at all the redundant guessing before today about DLC, things like:

"Johnny & Sonya will be in duh Kombat Pack coz teh Cassie iz tha same" despite it constantly being proven that they'd be main roster.

"Rain willz be DLC becos he not as good as muh fave character" even though NRS have stated flat-out that DLC from MK9 will not be the DLC for MKX,.

And "Uhhh Erron Black will be DLC, he no bin shown to do fightin yet an the peoplez relly want him" but there's no logic to having a brand new character be DLC & it's already said he's playable.

Seriously, wait until we know the roster and actually know who hasn't made the cut; then we'll be in a great position to speculate who could be DLC.

Prime recent example: Look at the guy above saying "Smoke" for DLC, when we learned earlier that Smoke has a new look & is calling himself an Enera, for all we know he could be a surprise entry in the main roster or an unlockable.

IF Kang and Tsung are NOT on the initial roster, im thinking they will be the 2 klassic characters in the kombat pack.

I could see Shang Tsung being one of them, not so sure on Liu being the other.

Shao Kahn could be a possibility too I think; it would make some sense because his inclusion as a DLC character would be non-canon and he is a classic character who some would pay for just to have a Kahn vs Kahn match up.

I feel like Rain is going to make the roster at launch. Mostly since he has a new detailed model. I think the launch roster is going to be the Gamefaqs roster (which has been right about everybody so far but Liu Kang) along with Fujin and Rain.

Kombat Pack 1: Predator, Spawn, Li Mei, Smoke

Kombat Pack 2: Noob, Sektor, Baraka, Sindel

That's your roster since these fighters fit the storyline. The Neatherrealm War is in the past so Ashrah and Sareena are unlikely and I don't see Havik, Hotaru, Dairou or Darrius returning unless the game's narrative revolves around Seido and Chaosrealm since the four of them junked up the narrative of Mortal Kombat: Deception.

Cyrax, Frost, Nightwolf, Tanya, Kabal and Nitara are also possible but I don't feel like they fit the story NRS is trying to tell so they probably won't be DLC.

Reiko is presumably the final boss.

Boon has said that dead fighters won't be DLC so that means no to Shang Tsung or Jade.

And I feel like it's safe to cross off Sheeva, Stryker, Skarlet, Mokap, Hsu Hao, Jarek, Kira, Meat, Drahmin and Kobra since nobody likes them anyway.

Onaga and Mavado are remote possibilities but still very unlikely.

I would Jizz myself on the spot if it was noob AND smoke!!!!! My 2 favorite characters! I really hope they make it......would be heart broken if they get the shaft.

If we are Lucky enough, will get a second wave DLCs, but I would not expect more than 2/3 characters.

I'd swap spawn for predator and then agree with the rest of this list. I say this because kratos was a game character spawn is comic/game character then freddy movie jason movie etc. But definitely a good list.

There would be no way that this would be it for dlc.

Especially with the petition for tremor
I'd maybe swap my list for bar aka instead of smoke
Smoke will be in I'm sure though
Take out Tanya and swap for tremor

Highly probable:
- Klassik MK1-3 character: Baraka, Shao Kahn, Shang Tsung (would be redundant though), Kabal or Nightwolf

- Klassik MK4-8 character: Havik, Fujin or Reiko

- Iconic: Spawn, Predator, or any other Boon has tweeted about

Boon keeps acting like tremor will not be in the game so idk

I would not be upset if Shang Tsung made it personally I used him a lot in mk9 but baraka for dlc would not impress me unless he was completely redone

Hate to say it, but Mavado definitely does NOT have a good chance to make it in. I suggest you pick up the newest MKX Comic if you haven't already.

Blowing my mind there will be no cyborgs in mkx.

I don't even think there chances of being dlc are that high. Unless there is more than one wave of dlc characters.

I think Noob has the best shot of being dlc for classic returnee.

2 guest characters out of 4 is one of the worst things I've ever heard.

I have no faith in a season 2 of DLC. They promised us a Season 2 for 9 if Freddy sold well. He did and we still didn't get it.

So we're supposed to only accept 2 actual MK characters while 2 slots are taken up by Jason and some other horror character?

We didn't get it with MK9 but they did 6 characters with Injustice... So I'm guessing we will get atleast that many characters for MKX
