its a good idea but i think it will take an enormous amount of work and time from NRS D:

Actually this could work, depending on the level of customization you can get.


Like in Street fighter you could pick what kind of supermove would you bring to the fight, depending on the character you go up against in VS mode.

Also, this could eliminate the need to cut moves, simply prepare templates for one, it would not even necessitate the use of separate characters.


Example - - > Sub-Zero: MK1-MK4 era would have slide, while Grandmaster Sub-Zero could have Cold Shoulder.

I would not welcome it. In theory its a really cool idea but in practice it is nearly impossible to implement fairly and balance correctly. Plus I would rather have each character be unique than possibly sharing combos.

WoW, Im digging this idea! I've been dreaming of customizing their Look forever, but adding/subtracting moves and styles... that could be KooL. And you're right, it would keep your opponent on their toes.
