I'd quite like to see 4 costumes for each character in an MK game. A couple of my ideas here.

Johnny Cage.

1- Kickboxer look like MK1/MKDA, with the shorts, spiked armbands and gold belt. MKDA style sunglasses.
2- Something more like his MK2/MTT/MK4 style, though with a couple more details added. Shades off this time.
3- Tuxedo he wore for MKDA's 2nd outfit. Designer sunglasses.
4- Casual, everyday clothing. I'd like to see the jacket he wore in MK2 portraits come back. Shades on, just a standard pair.

Li Mei.
1- Loose, fitting kung fu style clothing, like MKDA. I really liked some of the concept art outfits.
2- Bikini, thigh boots and bandana from MKD's first costume.
3- Armour like MKD's 2nd outfit. But no Power Ranger style spandex mixed in with it.
4- Some all new, typically Oriental looking outfit. Her whole original theme after all was Chinese style kung fu girl, who happens to live in Outworld.

I don't know about you guys but I would rather have Midway spending more time creating alternate costumes than these extra game modes like chess and puzzle.

4 costumes per character instead of 2 sounds great. Dead Or Alive has some characters that have up to 16 alternate costumes. Yeah most of them suck but there's still variety.


Well here's what I would love to see:


Subzero:
1) MK1 classic costume
2) MKDA ninja costume (one of the best)
3) updated "shredder" look, to enhance his grandmaster appearance
4) something new


Sonya:
1) MK3 costume
2) the look that she was supposed to have in MK special forces before Tobias quit
3) MKDA alternate costume (general uniform)
4) something new


Kung Lao:
1) Shaolin Monks costume (by far my favorite)
2) MKDA default costume (altered to look a little different)
3) MK3 costume
4) something new



Scorpion:
1) New ninja costume (as always)
2) Flaming head costume from MKDA
3) the costume he was supposed to have in MKDA seen in the first trailer
4) unmasked, human look (this can be possible if the Elder gods want to change their champion)



Shang Tsung:
1) MKDA costume (that was excellent)
2) MK2 costume (also one of my favorites)
3) MK1 oldie
4) Shang's true Demon form (something I've always wanted to see)

I would like 4 costumes per character. Example:

SONYA

1. MKDA primary Costume.
2. Mk4 Primary Costume (red).
3. Mk1 Costume.
4. New Costume.

Sonya:
Mk4 red
MK3 Blue
MKDA White with pink shirt
Something new

Mileena
Classic MKII
Mk3 outfit only with hair in ponytail not bun
MKD slutty outfit
Something new

I've always wanted 4 or more outfits. If you count P2 colors, then I guess it'd be 8. Or maybe we could customize them by buying clothing in the Krypt.
