That sounds awesome. I'd love to see one of the characters from the CaC thread like Templar or something.

This is an excellent idea, but they could never do it cus of the legal rights etc.

However, you just have to look at the past Create-a-Character tournaments here at MKO to see the quality characters some MK fans come up with. Many have been far superior to new the fighters such as Kobra, Kira etc.
Things is, many MK fans know the storyline inside out, probably better than some of the MK team. That's why these characters are very developed, cus they often involve back stories that stretch into many of the previous MK games, rather than just touching on the last game in the series.

So I'd love to see a contest like this, but unfortunately it's not gonna happen.
