First off, what's a "coarse" statue?

Love how you title it coarse statue for every ninja but then you limit it to scorpion, sub, reptile and maybe Ermac down the track. That isn't every ninja my friend and why would you leave out rain, Noob and smoke? They may not be in MKX but they are still very popular and I would argue that Noob and smoke are much more popular then ermac and reptile

lame... its Scorpion recolor to be Sub-Zero, if they had redesign Gold Scorpion with original outfit. I would have been okay with recolors...

By that that line of thinking Ferra Torr is more popular than Stryker. Being in the game involves more than just popularity. Hell, look at the popularity contest this very site runs every year. Reptile has never won it (or even come close). Smoke has. And Noob usually makes it at least to the Quarter Finals.

Smoke and Noob are way more popular than Reptile and it's not even close. They have actual stories and character traits. Reptile is still the same lowly minion he was in MK1. They tried to make him interesting with the "last of his race" angle but it hasn't really gone anywhere and he's had about a half dozen different looks that have no consistency to one another.

Thanks for that saves me wasting my time anyone who thinks Noob and smoke aren't popular is a fool and after the last mk game their popularity even rivals that of scorpion and sub zero the fact that neither of them are playable in this game is a tragedy and although I will still get and enjoy the game it dissapoints me greatly that two awesome charcaters with great moves and stories will be left out

Are you just not seeing the point? No one asked for Stryker, so they're not putting in Stryker. A lot of people wanted Ermac/Reptile. If there were more people asking for Noob/Smoke, than they probably would have put them in.

Also, your reason is just... stupid. What the actual fuck does Reptile being a "lowly minion" have to do with popularity? To me, it seems to be that no one actually cares about that. Popularity and origins definitely aren't the same thing. Even if that was true, what is your argument for Ermac? You don't seem to have one. And oh yeah, Smoke's designs are totallyyyy more consistent than Reptiles, oh man. From a robot from a ninja, to what ever the fuck he was in MKD and MKA, yep, so consistent.

So what if Reptile hasn't won and Smoke has? This site is a VERY small portion of the MK fan base. Just because the people on this site like Smoke doesn't mean everyone else does.

There is a reason Reptile has been in every MK game except for MK:D and i'm pretty sure it's popularity.

He is the original MK Hidden Character if it wasn't for Reptile, Smoke wouldn't even exist.

I'd buy a Coarse Edition statue of Tremor simply to commemorate him finally making it into the game.
