Who dou you think will join the cast.

My predicitions

Scorpion
Well it's so damn clear

Sub-Zero
Damn Clear as well

Noob Zero
Well I think it would pretty interesting if Noob Saibots ending in Armageddon happened and they are united now. Maybe even the boss or sub-boss

Reptile
Dunno but I love this guy

Sektor/Cyrax/Smoke
One of those should return or maybe Sektor's ending should have happened and they are united now

NO MORE OTHER NINJAS. NO Rain, Frost, Chameleon or Ermac please

Kitana
She should appear as well (Mileena should be dead now...)

Kenshi
Well with him we don't need Ermac anymore and I loved his appearance

Raiden
Is a must. Maybe even as FINAL BOSS cuz he is still evil

Sonya
More or a less confirmed

I would love to see other characters but if Boon intends to use more new characters. this are my prediction

We really don't need plenty of characters like Rain, Shujinko, Drahmin, Havik, Reiko, Jarek and a lot more...

Rain and ermac arent even really ninja's anymore the way I look at it. I think they actually did good with giving each character a great look. Scorpion is still a ninja with some tougher armor implimented, subzero looks nothing like a ninja in MKD with his shredder costume.

Ermac looks more like a sorcorer witha headwrap and rain looks like he could be form a time of samurai.

and "no thanks" on the sektor MKA ending. Thos characters still have good potential for a few more games before a finality needs to be brought in. Sektor WILL die soon. Cyrax I believe will go with him or before him. Smoke I feel will be the last one left.

they wont combine them and ruin 3 plot devices.

You would rather take Kenshi over Ermac? Pity...

And I don't want to see Noob and Sub-Zero combined, or any other character that was fused with another in their endings in Armageddon... Those endings were weak, horrible, and so unimaginative it's not even funny.

Who I want to see in the game are those who have potential on being great characters such as Hotaru, Ashrah, Frost, Quan Chi... characters like them. Drahmin, Havik, Dairou, characters like them needs to go. And I will say this, those who have been paying attention to what I've been saying in my thread about the debatable characters know who I want to return and knows who I don't.

But, there should be a limit on those who are returning. It could be something completely new. Like, Sub-Zero and Scorpion have been the only ones confirmed right? Well, what if they're like only hidden characters and the entire cast is new, what's going to be the reaction and will it be a good one?

From what people want, I don't think it'll be a good one whatsoever. Me on the other hand is fine with whatever decision is made on the cast of characters as long as it's a freaking Mortal Kombat game and it's something that I want to play, not I just wanna get it because I have ever single game in the series and want it just to collect it.

Well I don't want Ermac over Kenshi. But I don't want to much "ninjas" once again. Scorp/Reptile/Sub would be enough. Don't get me wrong Ermac was my fav in Deception and Armagddon and I loved his appearance but still...

And about the new cast. Dunno what Boon is planning. But Street Fighter did make this in the past as well. in SFIII they used more or less entire new character (Only Ryu, Ken, Akuma, Chun-Li came back) and even if the game was great... For me it hasn't the feeling without people like Bison, Sagat and Co.

So I hope Boon won't make that mistake as well. But I agree... A lot of characters are usless and shouldn't return

Instead of having Noob Saibot and Sub-Zero fused...

I'd rather see Noob Saibot get f*ed up from Blaze's energy blast and regain his memory and give rise to a very evil Sub-Zero with darker Sub-Zero and Noob Saibot like powers.
He then goes to kill his younger brother to take back the Lin Kuei and restore the clan under the old code (kidnapping and training assassins).

More hate towards Quan Chi and Scropion than ever.

With Sub-Zero and the Lin Kuei back as "bad guys" it will give Frost a new chance for resurrection (even though she was never dead, just frozen in the lin kuei palace) for whatever evil she seeks.

and about eight to ten new characters, some good, but mostly villains. I always figured in a battle to the death between two sides, most, if not all of one side would be eliminated. Since a Bad guy defeating blaze would mean the end of the realms, a good guy winning is more likely, and with it, most of the villains dying in the final battle.

This is the worst idea I've heard yet, as I think the younger Sub-Zero's development has been the most interesting part of the last 4 MKs. If anything Sub-Zero should silence his brother forever and become the only Sub-Zero, though I doubt he's willing to do that.
