I realize its probably a long shot, but there really is no excuse now what with the Lab Zero stick driver being free to use. I probably won't be able to get a new ps4 stick for quite a while so i'd probably have to skip MKX til then, which would freakin suck, im so hype for this game.

Couldn't you just play with the DS4 the PS4 comes with until you can get a compatible stick? Anyway I wouldn't count on a PS3 stick working on a PS4, but you never know I guess.

I wish I could, but I have some nerve damage which makes it quite difficult for me to use a pad effectively. For non-fighting games its ok because I can adjust my grip, but with fighting games you kinda have to use your thumb for movement which I find quite difficult. I could still play but it wouldn't be too fun, unfortunately. I do just prefer using a stick anyway though.

Aren't there converters that make last gen sticks compatible? I don't know how much they are but it's less than a quality ps4 stick. It might be worth it if you are set on using the one you got. I need to look into it myself because I have the mk9 tourny one.

No it isn't lol. The technology already exists. As I said, Lab Zero have already made a driver that allows you use ps3 sticks on ps4 for Skullgirls, and they've made the driver freely available to any dev that wants to use it.

Yeah CronusMAX and Titan One are the most popular ones I think, but i've heard a lot of bad things about them, from input delay to breaking the usb port. I think that'd be a last resort kinda thing.

I see, well hopefully they can be used on the PS4 so you don't have to wait for a PS4 fightstick to come out. If worst comes to worst you could get one of those converters to hold you over until a PS4 stick is made.
