Ummm... I say no i want NEW characters , if i wanted a character that does someone else's moves I'd rather just have that character , if they are gunna make completely new fighters they better have their own move sets, it's not that hard to make up some new moves dont be lazy NRS

Fair enough, I do mean just a few though. I do think Cassie's variations are gonna be Johnny and Sonya specials... Hopefully we find out tomorrow or the next day.

When people say I don't want Cassie to end up like Kira I get confused. I mean, Cassie IS supposed to have both her parents moves,it makes sense if you think about it, ESPECIALLY if we find out that Sonya and Johnny are not around. Kira, however, never even met Kano or Sonya before, so her having a mixed moves of these two does not make sense.

I can't wait to see her gameplay, which will answer some of my story questions right away.

Yet you don't know if she literally has their moves, or just like a baby they fused their moves into something completely new. Every think of that? Obviously not.

I do like the idea of cassie cage, but I hope she is the only one , if theres a bunch of new characters with old characters move sets, ill be bummed , cassie fits in perfect though,

Nah. Cassie will likely have moves like a Shadow Vertical Kick or Shadow Leg Throw. NRS seems VERY ambitious these days so Im expecting some good, NEW shit.

I also think it should remain only with one characters who combines two move sets from other fighters. In Cassie Cage case ( omg wordplay! ) i think it could fit. It make sense because she is the daughter of both. I want new characters and some good old friends from MK9, MK4-MKD.

Well Kira and the like just took moves from sonya and moves from Kano, but this sounds like they will actually be combining moves into one..which sounds cool.

Learning MUs is now going to take 3x longer thanks to the 3 character variations. But it's a bit refreshing, so no complaints from me.

As for Cassie Cage, I'm very excited to see more of her. As other have said, her moves will probably be a fusion of Johnny and Sonya's moves, and not straight up copies.

Not sure about different X-Rays but just judging from what we've seen Scorpion has used his X-Ray in two different ways. I'm not positive of anything but the different variations would make sesne.

We've seen him use it as a telport (like MK9) and we saw him start some kind of "Psycho Crusher" move to go into his X-Ray.

Ah... So I'm not crazy after all lol. Ya I think this is a big indicator of other fighters who will appear. Oh, and the sunglasses thing... pure gold!

So, just saw some of Cassie's gameplay. Her three styles are Hollywood, Brawler and Spec-ops and what we saw were the Spec-ops style.

She was able to call in bombs and the like over the radio which reminded me greatly of Lien Neville from King of Fighters: Maximum Impact who kinda does the same thing, but with a satellite ray instead. I liked it though.

She also had alot of great kicks, a backwards flip kick and an upwards spike kick which could be comboed into a dive kick which reminded me alot like Cammy from Street Fighter and Jill Valentine from Marvel VS Capcom 3.

She also had guns to shoot with, alot like Deathstroke from Injustice.

Overall a quite neat non-superhuman character and I definately think she's going to be a favourite of mine, as she borrows alot from other favourite characters of mine, like Cammy, Jill and Lien. She is that female super agent stereotype and I think she does it well.

The only thing I think looked odd is that her head seems rather big compared to her body. Hopefully they will fix that.

I'm not seeing it at all.

It's because her sides are shaved, but the rest of her hair is set up in a bun.

But Skrillex has like half of his entire fucking head shaved off. Unless I'm blind, that's not the case here at all.
