Since MKX is coming up I wanted to know out of these iconic characters below what was the highest level of tier they have ever achieved in MK history?

Charaters: Liu Kang, Kung Lao, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Reptile, Kitana, Sonya, Cage, Mileena, Raiden, Jax, Cyrax, Kano, Baraka, Shang Tsung , Goro & Shao Kahn.

I figured this might keep someone busy cause I know it would keep me.

Now as of how to answer this question you basically go through the tier list of all MK games that have come out from MK1 - MK9 (w/ exception of Mythologies, Special F & Shaolin Monks) & find out the highest tier a character has ever been from either a tier list or personally competitive experience.

For example Mileena = MK2 (Since this is the highest she has ever been ranked in a MK game, so she was the best Mileena in the MK series as far as I have researched)

Or in some cases like below . . .

Sub-Zero = Either MK3 or MK4 since he was ranked in both games at the top tier but to get a clear answer one would have to ask if these 2 were to face of against each other with the mechanics of their respective games who would come out on top? then that would decided a persons highest tier.
