Isn't dead, just badly wounded?

I know I'd be interested in a bitter disillusioned Liu Kang fighting on the side of good apart from Raiden (or any other god).

Maybe start his own little group of Earthrealm defenders.

I believe Liu would still live and to be scarred. Maybe he'll gain more techniques.

Including encountering Kai who'll get him to shake off the rage he had with Raiden.

As Ive said before.

Eye Patch Liu will be back with a vengeance. A LA Dae Han from Best of the Best. Watch you'll see ( i hope)

Which reminds me....Phillip Rhee would have been a fucking BADASS Liu Kang in the movie. I still cant believe he auditioned for it and they turned him down. What in Scorpions Lair were they thinking?!!!!

ANYWAY....

I see Liu coming back and being pretty pissed at Raidens idiocy
