Extremely unlikely to the point of "not happening". Sub's usually the guy with multiple forms in MK games.

Safe to say that's her Netherealm alternate.

That seems to be "revenant textures" version, I'm sure we will probably see Kung Lao or Sub-Zero with those textures. Sindel is basically the same than in MK9 (which sadly means she's probably not playable) but with those textures.

There are a couple of things about the alt that are weird:

- We are supposed to know what the alt looks like from the stream and that doesn't look like her alt at all.

- I'm daltonic but... is that purple instead of blue?

- Why is Kitana still a zombie AFTER the Netherealm war if she's one of the "liberated" heroes? This is after the war because here she's fighting the new generation.

Which leads me to think:

Is the amulet going to trick/consume Mileena, kill her and make her Quan Chi/Shinnokh's minion and what we're seeing is a later part of the story mode where either of those guys is at full power mode and the new generation of guys are fighting the revenants that weren't returned plus the now deceased Mileena?

If Kitana's revenant form ends up being usable, that's 3 costumes... I would love if all characters had that amount sans DLC.

I'd have thought Kitana would be freed before Cassie and The New Generation SF show up. Although it would explain Kitana's absence in the comic. It could be Mileena but that doesn't seem right either..what, did she change costumes after being enslaved?



Oh man that gives me SO MUCH hope for one of those Reptile concepts to be actual alternates given shaun himmerick's tweet.
