Some will probably have more than others. Ex special finishes and from the looks of the final one Tyler performed it was just a regular attack that resulted in the head coming off. So who knows. On a different note. Those quan and dvorah ones were awesome.

I don't think there is one for each variation. Rather several per character with different requirements to pull them off.

As someone who gets extremely bored of seeing the same fatalities over and over I could not be happier with the brutalities. Best incarnation of them by far. Just wonder how difficult or practical it will be to do them during a match. Either way every time I play a scrub online I'm doin one.

Honestly these Brutalities were more interesting than the Fatalities. Loved them.

And I am hoping 100+ Brutalities means there are at least 30 characters on disc when the game launches. But we shall see.

I love how they will look like they are coming out of nowhere the more clever you are in combos. I like them!! Feels old skool fatalities where the screen doesn't change! I reckon this is what would unlock as rewards for faction wins etc

Over 100 brutalities. Scorpion gets 98 of them.

I agree that I think some characters will have more than others but I don't think all physical ex moves will result in one. Time will tell I guess. 47 days....

I got a bit of a chuckle from this...

30 characters X 4 Brutalities = 120 brutalities

4 brutalities is a bit extreme.............unless there is more than 30 characters

34 characters X 3 Brutalities = 102 Brutalities maybe

Has me wondering, they said at least 100 brutalities, but probably just under (97/98). I'm guessing at least 3 brutalities per character, meaning,

100 brutalities / 3 per character = 33 characters.

Now, presuming some characters more than 3 (Looking at you Scorpion), I guess you can round that down to about a 30 character final roster.

4 for each character seems posible, 1 for each variation and 1 for some of his normal signature moves, so that means more than 25 characters, maybe 28 or 30 ???

I think some are variation specific since one of Scorpion's involves cutting the arms off the opponant with his ninja swords. He only has the swords in the Ninjutsu variation. Another brutality he does is from his teleport so I think there are some that are universal across all variations as well.

Scorpion will probably have like 6 to himself just because he's scorpion. Either way they are cool as fuck.

We have already seen brutalities on throws with for example Raiden and Kung Lao (common to all variations) and brutalities on moves exclusives to variations. We've also seen brutalities on moves common to all variations like Scorpion teleport, so we could be talking of around 5 brutalities per character knowing this. I also think and hope the roster will be closer to 30, but a roster of 21 would be enough for the "more than 100" quota. Some variations could also give some common moves its special kind of brutality (I think D'Vorah planting a bug on the oponent with her limbs attacks is exclusive to the broodmother variation for example).

I think it will be 32 Characters with 1 per variation and classic characters will get a classic Fatality as one of there BRUTALITIES
