Yes its fan made, and dynamic. I first thought it would not be possible because you can not make dynamic themes. But apperently you can, and its working. Have it on my ps3 right now.

Looks cool. Better than that black background and Scorpion render.
Should've blended the MK logo with the background tho.

But I think we're getting a PS3 theme anyway, with the KE.

omfg im a noob.... i cant even install it
i downlaod the zip, unzip the file.pdg thing then put this in sc card... ps3 cant find it. fine.. i go on ps web device. download the zip on sd card.... ps cant find it either. i need to put the url files too in the sd card?

ok open your USB and make a folder named PS3 (yes all caps) then open the PS3 folder and create a folder named THEME (all caps again) then put the theme file inside.

put your USB on your PS3 and go to set up themes and select the instal option then select USB and finally selesct MK 2011. and bam.
