The results of my humble investigation are as follows: 7pm GMT (London) = 11am PST (LA). One event, two places. Maybe Scott will edit his article with the correct info.

I thought @tambok99 would be going to London with @CCShadow...On my ticket it says that the launch event will start at 19:00 GMT but doors will be opening at 18:00 GMT for guest to arrive. It is going to be a long week. I really can not wait.

This is going to be really, really special. You guys may want to seriously consider bookmarking our site. We will be getting the news out the fastest with this set up we are running. That's all I'm going to say but... you may not need to really go anywhere else while the event is happening. Things will be coming fast and furious from Scott, Tabmok99, Mobster, and myself. Oh man, mine too. It's really special to see Mortal Kombat evolve the way it has over the years. To think, one week from this very moment, we will be at the reveal event, breaking all sorts of news to you guys! Cannot wait!

Things are about to get Toasty

Now that was PHENOMINAL!!... loved every bit about it (only complaint, Sonya's face, very jarring... from oval face to round face).
But damn, what in-game presentation.... loved the music of the shang tsung fallen temple. Presentation of special moves, "x-rays", just everything. Every stage presented looks stunning!!

Very impressive presentation!! The are so many small details, I can't begin to describe my excitement. The art style, the music, the more immersive gameplay... Love Sonya's Fatalities, HOLY SHIT! Excellent updates to Skarlet, her abilities are implemented so well. Everyone's have been so far!!

I had decent expectations.... but now after watching this i am on a hype train. Rousey was right. Every time you think they can't bring it a step further... they bring it to the next level. I really like that almost every fatality looks unique. I am so glad to see Baraka back. Because i thought he would never come back.

I am not happy with some looks from Sub Zero for example, but this is a minor complain because i can change the gear in a way i want. And yes... Sonya's face isn't impressive... that also counts for Skarlet. But everything else was great. Skarlet is even more unique with pretty cool special moves.

The idea to have separate bars for offense and defense moves and even a final blow allows some crazy combos and i am really looking forward to find them out.

The grafic looks insane. So many details, so many Backgrounds ( i think 17 ) and so many possibilities/interactions. "Only" 25 fighter at first but with kombat packs it could be a lot more.

Seeing Skarlet return surprised me the most.

It appeared like Lui Kang and Kung Lao are restored! Or at least... back with Raiden at some point. Story taste was good - I dig the idea that Raiden manipulating time pissed of a God - of time. With Skarlett back, the question now returns to "Who's Next?"

Rousey sounds good as Sonya to me (though tbh - the face is a little round - no biggie). Geras - a new character - impressive look and aura! Big tough looking dude.

Who blitzed across the new Kombat Kast logo on the screen? I paused the video - and still have no idea what I'm looking at.

While I still have some reservations regarding customization of looks and variations (and weapons!) - I was impressed with the simple look of the process. Altering Scorpion's spear to your liking, creating your own variation... looks good!

All in all, an excellent reveal.
