Hello community, Yesterday I bought the game for ps4 I have an error that says "You could not connect to the servers Mortal Kombat" I could never connect but I have internet connection and plus.

Can you show us a picture of it? Also -- do you have this same problem with other games, or just MK11?

    I'm having the same issue on xbox one. I've owned the game since just before halloween and this is the first time it's ever done this. Perhaps the mortal kombat servers are down? When I go to manage the game in my xbox menu, there are no updates available. I do hope this gets fixed soon.

    bro what the actual fuck is going on. my just started doing this shit yesterday and im heated af about it. how the hell do we fix this shit i have good connection and xbox live is up. some one fix this shit or how do fix it our selves.

    So this is the official word I've been seeing from WB Games Support:

    We’re aware Xbox One users are having trouble connecting to online services for Mortal Kombat 11, Middle Earth: Shadow of War, and Injustice 2. We’ll provide updates here with any news as it is provided to us. We appreciate your patience as the teams investigate this issue. [Source: Twitter on March 17]

    And:

    Xbox One players should start to see online access restored, however we suggest hard resetting your console (by holding down your Power button and booting it back up) before launching the game again. Please let us know if you run into any other issues so we can investigate. [Source: Twitter on March 18]

    So it should be resolved now, from what I'm seeing. Leave a reply and let me know either way!
