Can not connect to server

I'm not sure what's going on here. I reset my router when this first started, then I thought the servers may be down, but I'm clearly signed into live and everything is working fine, but it's still saying it can't connect to the Mortal Kombat Servers. I tested my connection on my box and it says "All good. Your console is connected to the internet." I couldn't find anything about the servers being down, so I'm guessing I'm an isolated case. I haven't been able to play MK11 for 3 days now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Take care guys and gals!!

I am having this same problem right now. I tried restarting everything, but still cannot connect. Wtf.

Yeah servers are down but probably because there's new patch? Just started downloading. Does anyone have a site where they post patch notes? Can't find it on twitter or anywhere else.

if anyone is till having this issue its due to RGB crap ... do this :

Here is how to do it via game files:

  • Browse to %LOCALAPPDATA%\MK11\ (aka users\[whatever\appdata\local\mk11)
  • Open UserSettings.ini
  • Find RGBPeripherals = on and RGBKeyLighting = on
  • Set them to RGBPeripherals = off and RGBKeyLighting = off
  • Save the file
