Bought MK Aftermath pre-order...no pre-order skin pack, data corrupt and no Aftermath HELP

So I have the premium version of MK11 that gave you early access to all DLC and I have all DLC. I bought the $40 PS4 upgrade to get the story, DLC and skin packs as well as the pre-order bonuses but got nothing. Started game and it did say data was corrupt so I continued onward deleting old data for it doesn't really delet anything except AI stuff. Go into Frost, Scorpion and Sub-Zero and the pre-order skins are not there. Also, all the Aftermatch purchase options on PSN are now grayed out with the exception of the one I purchased.

What's going on does anyone know? I also see that on PSN the release date is also not correct. It states May 6, 2020 when it should be May 26, 2020. So what do I do to not only make sure I get the upgrade stuff I spent my money on but also the pre-order bonus skin packs?

The skins won’t be available until the 26th, I believe. I asked if this was the case when skins didn’t show up on my Xbox One preorder and the tweet was liked by the one of the devs. Unless I’m wrong and others have the skins already, but I have yet to play against someone that has one of them in Kombat League, so I’m guessing I’m right and they arrive the 26th.

As for the PS4 issues, I believe they’re aware of the problem and working to fix it.

The skins aren't up yet.

They are a pre-order bonus. So you pre-order, then when it's released you get that as a bonus. Same as the Shao Kahn pre-order release bonus

As the others have said above, you'll get the skins when it's released. The one thing you will have got immediately to confirm your pre-order is a lovely new MK11 dynamic theme for your PS4, so go check your themes menu and enjoy!

As for the corrupt data, that's a common glitch, I've had it loads of times since launch. All your currencies, gear, skins etc. data are saved on their servers, you won't lose anything, just click ok through it to reload and it'll be fine. Was probably just a coincidence you got the error the same time as your pre-order went through.
