It's quite recurrent that there's a great deal of different colours of 'blood' in MK like Geras' who's was surprisingly blue, which I'd call ink. Pink's not really suitable unless it's appropriate to the character, so it's probable it's a glitch. Skarlet can only get her full vigour if the blood is red, although I'm no hematologist.

Never got how god's, wraith's, etc. can bleed. I get how mortal's do. It's like in Annihilation when Liu Kang tells Shao Kahn "your blood flows" after defeat. Maybe it's seen as a weakness (dare I say degrading) among the omnipotent (not to all).

You can Mess With Color Hue on your TV and in The MK Settings also Gamma and Stuff to Make all the Magic and Blood Effects look More Juicy.
