This is one of the Johnny Cage movie posters that was shown in the background of the Rebirth Trailer. Apparently it was put together by a group called Swivel Head Design, found their blog post here:

on the rebirth trailer, the protagonist's face was changed to become johnny cage's face and was written " Johnny Cage is" before " World's most wanted"

The two on the left look like Jay-Z and Daniel Craig, but who is the other guy and the girl?

I'm pretty sure the girl is Odette Yustman (not sure if that's her correct last name or not). She's the girl from Cloverfield who was stuck in the building.
