Didn't get much screen time therefore making it not that iconic, I guess. Don't be so pedantic. The leather dress doesn't really stand out to me and it's forgettable. Her look revolves around being a military officer, not to say she couldn't dip the toe in to another look though (circumstances and all), just not the leather frock.
