Hmmm I have both on my shelf but I think I prefer the EU one. The coarse one looks.... Unfinished.

They are both pretty cool, I personally just really like MKX Scorpion's primary costume a ton so ill go with that one.

I went with the Coarse Kollector's Edition because the Amazon (EU) Import Edition was sold out.

Initially I wasn't 100% sold on the design of Scorpion. I liked it, but it didn't make me say "wow." But seeing it in person, that made me say, "WOW!" It is sleek and sexy as hell and looks so good on my desk. Even the box it comes in is gorgeous. And the Gold Scorpion skin looks way better in-game than it does in that Coarse promo video they put out.

But...you have to go with your gut. Everyone has differing reasons for liking the one they like.

I have the coarse and it looks a lot better in person than I thought it would. I personally like the simplistic, DC-esque look to it. And yes the box it came with is sweet as well, I have that displayed next to the coarse statue. I have no regrets getting it.

I would've gone with the EU Kollectors, mostly for the steel case, but that sold out fast. Still happy with my purchase.

It's a matter of taste really.
I personally like accuracy so as a MK fan I'd go with the EU figurine.

The Coarse one kinda reminds me of something from Batman Beyond.

I just do not like the Coarse design at all. Had I managed to get my hands on it, I would've preferred the EU edition statue. I'm at the point in my life where frivolous spending on trinkets like this isn't even on my radar, no matter how huge of a fan I am of this series. But overall, I would've preferred the EU statue. I just do not like that Mask of the Phantasm Scorpion design.

I would much prefer it if Scorpion was in his victory pose.

I'm thinking of making one for a fireplace guard.

The Coarse one is a fantastic figurine. Too bad it makes for a crappy in-game skin. I'd rather have had the Kold War skin. But the figurine is great.

Speaking of the figurines... Does anyone not like their Coarse figurine and want to sell it (and/or the box) to me? I pre ordered it from Best Buy and they screwed up my order, so I didn't get one. I'm still pissed about it. Let me know if your interested in selling it. Send me a pm if you are.
