1.this couldnt be the younger subzero because scorpion didnt know the other one had a brother
2.even if he was, he didnt get the scar until during mk2
3.i doubt they knew each other as teens, and if they did, they would probobly try to kill each other (since theyre in opposing clans), not touch each other in ways that nobody really needs or wants to see.
