Don't blow a gasket; this is a discussion forum, and in it, we'll discuss how we feel about your art work. You have to be able to take criticism, otherwise you'll never be able to improve when you need to. If you can't handle this kind of soft-core criticism now, I'd hate to see how you'd react to someone who'd try and disect your work in detail... Like me.
Anyway, you got his colour scheme right, and the tail looks pretty cool, I definitely like the shine you have for it. The upper-body is nice too (I don't think that the chest is over-developed, since Motaro is supposed to be super-strong anyway, so it suits him). So far, so good.
Now the negative points; Motaro's horse-body is wrong. It's too small and too similar to, well, a horse. If you were too look at any pictures of Motaro from the side (basically, every single one that has him fighting), you can see that his back slopes down, making his body almost triangular.

With that in mind, his back legs are also too short, as Motaro's are much longer and bent. Also, the tail is too short, and you missed his elbow spikes.
Doing Motaro's a difficult job, because there's so many things people forget to take into account, and a lot of these details make Motaro who he is, so without them, it's just a centaur with horns and a tail instead of the Centaurian leader of the Extermination Squads. With all of this in mind, I rate this a 3 (I'd give it a 3.5/5, but since we can only rate in whole numbers, and I think a 4 wouldn't convince you to want to improve, then a 3 it is). In all honesty, I'd really like to see you re-make this with all the suggestions I said; I'm sure it'd be cool and blow people's minds.
