That's the best Li Mei sprite edit I've ever seen. Hell, I think it's the only one I've seen. I like how you changed the sky in the background.
That Raiden soul thing looks so familiar though... I also think it's stupid that Shao Kahn his spitting Raiden's soul. The life bars are EH. Good job on the shadows.

I like the Li Mei sprite and the background, good job. The soul spit idea is cool, but I think it would fit Shang Tsung more then Kahn, thats a cool special move.

Yea that is a nice fake. Raiden's tortured soul looks awesome. I agree with Queve that it would be a better special move/finisher for Tsung but it probably looks best with that Kahn sprite pose.

That's kind of a combination of reptile and tsung but the Li Mei sprite is cool.

That is definitely the best (and only) MK based Li Mei sprite I've seen. Very nice work.
