Hmm, ok. Well this is a little more original than alot of smoke concepts, but there are still a couple of things that could be better. First, the torso area is WAY too thin in my opinion. I'm not sure what his left hand is doing. But the rest of it looks pretty cool. I like the rest of it though, the head looks cool, and I also like the scarf item thats there. The spear on his side is also another nice touch, it was well drawn. The swords look good, but remind me too much of Socrpion's. Anyhow, I gave this a lower score than I should have actually, its pretty cool overall.

That kind of reminds me of Spawn.! Thats a nice drawing... it kind of looks like Shinobi as well.

Hmm, I like it! I like the way you used a scratch line affect for the shading and used the black on his head. However, I think his head is a bit small and there are a few proportion and perspective problems with his feet and stance. But very lovely work, and original too! 4/5 :)

I think it's great that you designed your own look for Smoke, instead of another Scorpion clone.
I must say, this does remind me of Kabal in some way. Might be the way he stands (and possibly the trousers too).
His torso is a bit thin, as mentioned before, and his arm does seem to be awfully long.
But his outfit is something I really like here. The baggy trousers suit him very well, and the top looks good too. I also like the element of mystery you gave him for his face/head. And the cape is a good touch too.
I personally quite like the swords. It does remind me of Scorpion, but in a good way. Kinda like it reminds me that he used to be Scorpion clone, and would've come to look like this, i.e. different.
Anyhow, nice job.

I'm sorry to say that i agree with the rest of the replies...waste is too small but everything else is GREAT! I can see a sad and disturbing version of 'scotty young' coming out of this. Keep it up!

Reminds me of Raziel from Soul Reaver. This is a great change, makes him look more like a corpse or zombie. Of course he is missing the stink cloud, not that that is a big deal.
