Nice. But I can spot some errors. He's mask isn't shaped properly enough, I think it's a little out of proportion? And I also noticed his right side elbow. It looks too "pointy", unless you Intended it to be that way.
I honestly really like the concept it self. And the design you gave for his costume. With that yin-yang finishing touch as his Ninja costume amulet. Well done.
Dragon points: 3.5/5
Pretty nice, this one is better than your first Smoke concept. I like the chest design, something fresh and a bit more original than your standard ninja costume. The spikes on his shoulder are a nice little touch in my opinion, things like that are important when the sketch is of a 'ninja' type character. His left elbow does seem a bit 'pointed' though, looks rather odd. The muscle structure could be worked on a bit, but some parts of it look quite good. Also his wrist bands are one of my favorite parts of this.
I like the pose, its more interesting than just having the character stand there straight. Good attempt at trying to make the cloth look in motion, fairly good job but it seems just a bit to far to the right. Well, unless the wind was blowing, I suppose it could be possible, anyway its not a very big deal actually. As I said with the arms, the legs look ok for the most part, but there are a couple of areas they seem a little odd. Cool design with the ankles though, rather than just having the pants go all the way down. Good job on giving Smoke his own original feel, this is pretty good.

Pretty good but it needs some help in the texture department. Too me, it feels too much like Shang Tsung to give you your full originality points. I like some of te details of the outfit and I like the fact that you added values, though they could have blended a little better. I give this a 4/5.

Very nice.
Nice to see Smoke as something different from the other ninjas.
But yes, I agree with NS when he says about the mask and that hugely pointy elbow.
They don't look quite right.
I must say, in my opinion, his legs are rather chunky, perhaps a bit too muscular? Maybe just me though.
I how you made the ninja "bands" somewhat different from the old MK2/UMK3 style, and I also really like the bracelet thingies on his arms. Very adept.
His pose is also very good, it seems to suit his "style" that he shows in the pic. Elusive, yet tough. At least that's what I'm getting .
Nice work .
