Ha! That's funny. The eyes are from the poster No Country for Old Men. That killer was disturbing and I felt it would be interesting for Shao Kahn. Its supposed to be cold and uncaring. I could replace them with something more expressive. I don't know when I'll do that though.

His eye look too large and tired, the teeth look ridiculous, somehow make me think of being buck-humorous kind of teeth. The mask itself is too big, the skull part should only be covering the Kahn's skull, not his whole face.
It just looks like some tired guy is wearing a Shao Kahn mask and it's too big for him.
