That pic is from the MK2 Commercial back then in 1992(memories ahh). And that costume was used for the MK outfits in the game since they were digital character. I though everybody knew that.
It was indeed funny to see Shao Kahn wearing Tennis Shoes!
You should see all the plastic they wear at that time for the Mk Games lol!
