Hmm... well its not bad, but there are some things I don't particularly like about this. First, some clarifacation on what that substance is that appears to be 'washing' over Scorpion would be nice, as I am not to sure what it is. Though, I am guessing water, or perhaps snow the way its colored. Anyhow, I like the skull, that looks very nicely drawn. Some nice details to it put some emphasis on it. Though, one of the eyes appears to be slightly bigger than the other. I'm not a real fan of the shirtless Scorpion, or the whole 'buff' look. To me, a hellspawn spector would be much more flawed than this. A chest such as this is more fitting for a human character in my opinion. Swords look ok though. His attire below his waist isn't bad, but it lacks some detail. Basically just black pants, some sort of designs would be interesting and add some originality. Maybe kneepads, with skulls and such like his costume in MKDA. Or perhaps something of your own, but a design or pattern would be nice. The shading was nicely done at the folds though, good overall.

i often agree with you that scorpion needs to be beat up looking, but my thinking was that since he was reincarnated again, he would be new and "new looking" becasue he is yet to fight a battle, and is fog seperating form him, it didnt show up well on the scan tho.

don't get me wrong, i love the art work on the chest, but i don't like that he's a skull headed guy with a human, fleshy body.

This is okay, but I think that it needs a bit of work conceptually as well as with the shading stylistically. It looks like you went forf a half sketch, half comic style and the shading sort of got twisted and partially lost along the way. It was a very nice idea, but I would have liked to have seen more differences on his second reincarnation than just a lack of a shirt (which, btw, is quite nice ;-9).
