Nice. Looks like him and there aren't any obvious flaws in the anatomy. I'd agree the hands are a bit small. I was going to say the arms were a bit short but i expect that's foreshortening- they aren't hanging straight down.

I went back and compared to your other sketches. With exception to the Kintaro pic what I see is much more attention to anatomy and musculature. Those arms are awesome.

Nice work. I think that the arms are a little too thin comparing them to Scorpion's body. Also, try to never cut a drawn character's arms/hands or legs/feet (in this case Scorpion's legs) 'cause it may make people think you didn't draw it because you don't know how to (and I know you DO know). I like Scorpion's face, pretty cool.
Keep practicing, you have talent.
