I like it, nice mix of MK4 and MKA and I particularly dig the placement of the logos. I'm not sure he'd actually wear both at once though, it doesn't seem very...loyal? For a general to wear the insignia of two different masters at once.

I really like this design. Kind of suits Reiko as being a general to Kahn. But I have to echo what Razor said, if Reiko is supposed to be a double agent, I don't think he'd be sporting the Brother Hood of Shadow insignia anywhere on his attire.

I just thought it would be like a resume type thing where he worked for kahn and shinnok. I put the brotherhood symbols above kahn's because shinnok was using kahn to furthur his plans. I like the idea of him being a double agent though. that would make him really interesting.
