LOL, why does it seem like his right arm have a game of TicTacToe? Other than that, it looks great. I would've blended some skulls on the green thing.

ha i didn't notice that until you mentioned it, pretty clever. XP

nice drawing i like it, maybe give some stronger lighting though, everythings too dark looking.

I guess it gets boring in the nether realm so Quan has to play Tic Tac Toe with himself.

Now the level of detail on this Quan Chi separates this from the other Grand Theft Auto Quan Chi I saw from somewhere in this fan forum.
