now this is pretty good. The coloring is very crisp, nicely done. The background really does suit this character very well. The red on the outfit is very nicely done also, and is a very good choice of color. The only thing that I think could have been done better is the black parts of his outfit. Instead of the color that you used, I think black would have suited this character better, but overall a very excellent job 4/5 dragons.

Again, this character does indeed have a name. I understand it is a bit late to change it now, but here is word for word what The_Suit said in his description of the character:

"This character, I obviously made up, is named Kaiser. He is a servant of Shang Tsung. He is very loyal and so, stitched his mouth shut to never talk back to his master. Thats why he wears a cloak which covers his mouth. Kaiser was still a embryo in his mothers womb before he went through his transformation. His mother died while he was still growing inside his mothers womb. He was at the verge of dying until Shang Tsung saved him and raised him to be a great warrior/bodyguard."

Here are my comments from the other thread, before you obtained permission:

"Anyway, as Hyuga said and you obviously noted yourself, the shading and highlights are very random indeed. You did a decent job at preserving the original details of the face, his eyes still have that look I liked from the drawing originally. I don't like the color choices so much really, the dark red is nice I suppose, but I would have liked to have seen more emphasis on the stiches which were my favorite part of this originally.

The skin tone is nice, pale, which fits this character I believe. His right hand is far too shadowed though. Also, look at his fingers, you colored in a space between them that should have been left open. The sword is so-so, I don't like the color of the handle particularly.

As I said, I would have liked to see a lot more emphasis on the small details on the attire. There is a small skeleton looking object in the opening near is torso, but really you just colored over it."

So basically you didn't emphasize the details of this as much I hoped. The details are what makes up the character, so remember when you are coloring in the future to involve them more in the coloring process.

Edit: I noticed you say disregard this post, so does that imply you still didn't get his permission? If not, I'll have this thread closed if you like.
