i wasn't really sure what others would think of this. I admit the colouring is a bit shawdy, but it gets the idea across.

I also used the stance Reptile had in his MK4 render.

I used the skin pattern from MK4 Reptile and the Spines/Tail form MK:DA Reptile.

I also choose to keep Khameleons grey colouring in her costume. The dark grey I used actually turned out to be bluey-grey, which actually looks good IMO.

And I also was unsure about the mask. The main reason I choose to mask her though, was that I was thinking along the storyline of my own, from my MK7 thread(see link if u wanna read it). i have Khameleon infiltrating earth's forces. In MKDA, I thought Reptile looked very sinsiter with his unmasked Reptilian face, so I though masking her would make her less intimidating, aiding her infiltration of Earth's Forces.

Fair enough, can't please everyone.

But the only reason she wore what Mileena/Kitana/Jade wore before is because she was only a palette swap. Having her own costume individualises her. Her story doesn't have anything to do with Mileena, Kitana or Jade. They all have their own look now, so Khameleon, in my opinion should too. Anyway thats my reasoning behind the non-pallette swap.

its ok many detail but there is 2 thing i dont like:

1- no breats (no need big but sum) bc it looks like a draqueen.
2- the tail WTF is that it looks like a carnivoras plant.

I think it’s okay overall. The only thing I really dislike is the tail.

Well, Reptiles dont have breasts. That why she doesnt have them. Breasts are a mammalian feature.

ok but its about Khameleon not reptile. and i know in the real life reptilian dont have but its in the mk universe. im sure ed boon add her sum breast bc like reptile its a reptilian fusion with humain. and breast should improve it a lot (no perv)

Khameleon doesn't need breasts... and shouldn't have any.


Anyway, it's nice to see a drawing from one of my favourite characters on the forum. I'm not sure if I like the tail or not, but at least you did try to add some originality to her with it. I personally like the costume for the reason that it isn't quite as skanky as Mileena, Jade and even Kitana are now.

i see her more like mystic in X-men the movie but green.

oh no mkkitana, its a really nice picture. it would probably be a good fatality for her that when she takes off her mask, she looks like that.

That is a good picture of Khameleon. The best part about her is that she hasn't followed the bimbonic plague. All she needs is a little more improvement of the end of her tail. It looks like a leaf.

Well, I dont think its the fact she has a tail, just the end thing. It wasn't supposed to be as big as that lol. I think it would look ok If the end part of the tail was reduced to an appropriate size.

oops... i didn't realize khameleon is a female character... i have a design of khameleon of my own but it's a male ... i don't know much about this character actually except that it exist lol

Khameleon (the female) and Chameleon (the male) were both Secret characters in MKTrilogy.

Chameleon appeared in the PlayStation verion. He had no real stories and morphed between the male ninjas, using their moves.

Khameleon was in the N64 version. She had a storyline of her own. She was a grey Kitana/Mileena/Jade and used their moves.

Khameleon is from the same species as Reptile- The Raptors of Zaterra. Her story is that she was Searching for Reptile to inform him that Kahn, who Reptile was working for, was responsible for the mass genocide of their Race. Unfortunately she has not been seen since MKT.

haha... so it's just a matter of letter, i tought it was the same character... no wonder i never knew this stuff coz i never play MKT.

Another version of this gear could have the navy in this outfit changing with a rainbow effect in the sequins. Would be good to see how this works with the grey, now Khameleon is more individualized. She's not transparent skinned in this so it would be amazing to see how a bit of tinge works with the reptilian epidermis like this.
