Teeth seem photoshopped to me.

Not Photoshop.
I painted black around the mouth.
I made Teeth with fake fingernails,foam,and acrylic paint.
I then glued it to my face with spirit gum (yet now I know there are better glues to use). And the rest is just blending it in with makeup.
