Why do we allow fan submissions to be bumped? That's like, making all the newable content to just mooooooove down the list and sometimes onto the next page.

FYI, even though bumping threads that have been like, stopped being active within 3 months, is not really a bright idea to do on this site becuase people get like pissed and all that, unfortunately fan submission doesn't cover that regulation and it's somewhat "allowed." Though, it's not really a good thing to continue bumping old stuff that's like... 2 years old and no one replied with the user probably not on this site anymore.
